About Me
I'm a systems thinker who makes complex processes and information digestible for the people using them. I use visuals to ensure that clarity sticks.

Hi, my name is Sam.

I didn't set out to work in operations. I set out to do good creative work but kept running into broken systems. They made that goal unachievable, so I started fixing them.

It was pointed out to me before I had language for it. A natural extension of my design work had turned into a distinct skill set where I can:
  • See where friction hides before it becomes a fire,
  • Diagnose why a process keeps failing, and
  • Build the infrastructure to eliminate the problem
Nine years in, I work at the intersection of creative execution and operational strategy. I didn't choose one over the other, because the two reinforce each other.

How I Think

Most operational problems aren't new. They're the same friction point recurring in different forms, because no one built a system to absorb it. My job is to find that pattern, trace it back to its structural cause, and design something that fixes it and to scale.

Let's work together.

I'm currently available for contract and fractional arrangements and open to full-time remote opportunities. If your team has friction you can't seem to name or fix, that's where I start.
